Sisters of Battle Take the Field
The Adepta Sororitas from the Order of Our Martyred Lady won’t tolerate heresy. They send out a kill team of Celestian Insidiants, some of their best witch-hunters.
These veterans come armed with condemnor bolt pistols firing silver stakes and heavy maces fitted with null-field generators. Their power armor is decorated with spiritual talismans and iron crowns that focus their faith into a shield against sorcery.
Trained to resist the maddening effects of null energy, these Sisters endure intense meditation and spiritual trials to harden themselves against the chaos magic they are sent to destroy. They are battle-hardened, ruthless, and utterly dedicated to cleansing the heretic threat.

From the skies come the Murderwing – Raptors and Warp Talons loyal to Abaddon the Despoiler. These deadly assault specialists hunt with terrifying speed, launching blistering attacks from their jump packs. Their tactics focus on assassination and infiltration, making them unpredictable and deadly foes.
Murderwing operatives boost through the air with savage howls, slashing foes with heavy chainaxes or tearing into enemies with wicked talons. All are guided by the ruthless presence of a fearsome Chaos Lord who keeps their violent egos in check.

Neither side truly understands the ancient power lurking below in the tomb. The Necrons’ advanced technology warps time itself, twisting the battlefield in ways no one expects. What’s buried in that blackstone coffin could unleash destruction beyond anything the Sisters or Chaos warriors have seen.
New Gameplay Awaits in Kill Team: Shadowhunt
The Shadowhunt set introduces fresh gameplay with innovative map layouts combining multi-level battlegrounds. The new Descent Killzones mix the ruins of Killzone: Volkus with the claustrophobic corridors of Killzone: Tomb World.
Operatives navigate vertical entryways to ambush, control objectives, and outmaneuver foes across connected upper and lower levels.
Three joint missions tell the story of a desperate push through Necron drones to reach a hidden power source, and possibly unleash an ancient horror. Adversary Ops sets allow rival kill teams to face off as the tomb’s defenders try to stop those who would awaken the terror within.
Kill Team: Shadowhunt won’t arrive for some time yet, with more Kill Team releases lined up first. But when it does, it promises to bring tension, tactics, and grimdark storytelling to new heights. Until then, commanders should prepare carefully – Garranox is no place for the faint of heart.
